Jerome DUVAL is a digital designer and movie director.

Jano Ha is an artistic director in videogames.

A single person, living in a big city, always feels confused and helpless, and wants to find where they belong. We know that Wuhan is a really big city and each of us is very small in this big city. We want to use the first person view to enter someone’s dream and wander these places of his dream. In his dream, we can know his daily life which is surrounded by people, traffic stream and people’s laugh. But those busy scenes are showing a clue that we are all alone in this big city. We want to show u this kind of helplessness and aloneness.

Every city has its own special culture, There is no doubt that architecture is the best expression of the city. The charm of a city is not how many tall buildings it has, but whether it has buildings that can express its characteristics. We chose some iconic buildings, hoping to show their charm in every way. We didn't add scenes with characters, but we can intuitively felt the charm of the architecture itself. We believe this is the purest culture of the city.

富贵的中国都会成为当代艺术家的创意源泉，而假造理想VR也逐步成为新型视觉体验的主要东西。那是我们去武汉设想工程教院的任务，来完成创做的前沿。我们信赖，那是年青的艺术家、设想师，另有艺术专业的门生，探究取体验新范畴的枢纽。我很快乐能跟武汉设想工程教院的师死们正在事情坊配合渡过那段美妙的光阴。他们皆将生长为前沿的艺术家战设想师。我期望他们可以为公家缔造出更多逾越理想的假造理想VR天下。
On one side, big Chinese cities are becoming sources of inspiration for the modern creators. And on the other, Virtual Reality is becoming an important tool to be able to experience new visions. It was our mission for WIDS, for the future of creation. And we believe it is a major key for young artists, students, and young designers to explore and experiment this new power.
I'm glad about what we experienced during this workshop, with the WIDS talents of tomorrow. And hope they will be able to always create more for the public, beyond reality.
